little reminders

View your upcoming booking details on the portal and reach out if any details have changed.

Review your portal account to ensure all info is up-to-date: emergency contacts, veterinarian, feeding instructions, etc.

Double check that your dog is current on their flea + tick preventative before arriving for camp.

Pack plenty of food for the duration of your dog’s stay. Best to pack extra just in case you are delayed in travel.

When coming to drop your dog off at camp, send us a text when you’re on your way so we can prepare for your arrival and give any last minute instructions (i.e. park in the driveway, come straight to the backyard).

If your dog is showing signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, green discharge from eyes or nose, lethargy, diarrhea, skin or ear infections), please don’t send them to camp. If you live nearby, we can discuss the option for drop-in visits until your pup is healthy again.

Have a backup plan for your dog in emergency situations. Who would care for your pet if they became ill and couldn’t come to camp? Discuss your plan with family, friends, and neighbors.
